This research project proposes foundations that compile current quantum technology information and processes in a goal-oriented way. The propositions needed in the quantum industry that have been identified and will be explored in this paper are as follows:
1. A roadmap to bring learners from zero knowledge to hands-on quantum development.
2. A clear delineation between digital and quantum computing paradigms
3. An awareness of quantum computers types and methods both available and proposed.
4. A set of quantum programming sample code to demonstrate quantum abilities and advantages to “quantum learners”.
5. A set of quantum programming templates that learners can use to solve complex problems on their own.
6. Further ways that learners can significantly contribute to the developing ecosystem.
