One of the first languages I had to learn as freshman with the other engineers at University of Connecticut but since I was in the advanced computing section had to learn LISP instead.  :/ 

Didn't get to dive in to the cool Matlab projects then but perhaps I can later when relevant. 

MATLAB is a part of the MathWorks group of products.
