After the terminal ---> GUI ---> application deployment, the final part is keeping a software updated with version releases or intentionally choosing the version you prefer the best that works best for you.

Sometimes you may not want the most updated version of an application for a variety of reasons :

• not compatible with your computer/apps,
• liked the features more in a previous version,
• want to use the security features of a version that isn't updated
• new version takes up too much space
• just retro feels
• etc

so keeping version control in mind will be useful for you!
